Two bottles of bottled water per room, Toiletries provided: towels (two per person), foot towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash (one per bath) ※ Other toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste) should be brought by the guests.
Pets are not allowed. Upon discovery, you will be required to leave the room immediately.

When applying for cancellation, the refund account must be the same as the account holder and person who booked the reservation.
Deposit without a bankbook and real-time bank transfer will be refunded to the requested refund account.
In the case of card payment, payment will be canceled for a full refund according to refund conditions. In the case of a deduction, the amount except the deduction will be transferred to the refund account.
The deposit process for refunds to an account may take up to 15 days.
Since credit card and real-time account transfers cannot be partially canceled, they should be wholly canceled and a new one should be processed.
It is only possible to change the basic personal information (phone number, email address) when changing the reservation, and it is not possible to change the date.
Reservation is based on the time when the room is pre-occupied (booking waiting status) through reservation, and the deduction rate is calculated based on this time when a refund is requested.
Transfer, taking-over, exchange, and sale are prohibited.
The person booking and the guest must be the same person.
Check-in is possible only after the person himself/herself has brought his/her ID card, and cannot enter the room if he/she is not the same person or refuses to show his/her ID card.
In the case of a reservation being transferred, exchanged, or sold to another person, the reservation will be canceled after applying the refund standard, and there may be a disadvantage when making the next reservation.
